What this page covers
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Information you give us
If you complete the form on this site, we collect the information you enter. That includes your name, phone number, email address, whether you consent to being contacted by text message, and the details you provide about your situation so an attorney can assess whether we are able to help.
You are not required to submit the form to use this website.
Information collected automatically
When you arrive from an advertisement, we record how you got here so we can understand which campaigns are working. This includes campaign parameters in the link you clicked, the referring page, the address of the page you landed on, and identifiers set by advertising platforms.
Our web host and security provider also process standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve and protect the site.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies to remember campaign information across pages so that a form submission can be attributed to the advertisement you clicked. Meta also sets its own cookies through the tools described below.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but attribution will be less accurate.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising. When you submit the form, we send a record of that submission to Meta, both from your browser and from our server. The two are matched using a shared event identifier so the same submission is not counted twice.
The information sent to Meta for this purpose is limited to your name, phone number and email address, which are converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash before they are transmitted, together with the advertising identifiers described above. Meta uses this to confirm that an advertisement led to a submission and to improve ad delivery.
The answers you give about your circumstances are never sent to Meta or to any other advertising platform. They are used only to evaluate your enquiry and are excluded from advertising measurement by design.
You can review and adjust how Meta uses your activity from businesses in your Meta account settings.
Who else we share information with
We share the information you submit with:
- our client relationship management system, so your enquiry reaches an attorney;
- service providers who operate this website, our email delivery and our data storage, acting on our instructions;
- advertising platforms, but only the limited hashed identifiers described above.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Text messages
If you consent to text messages, we may contact you at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of representation. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Colorado residents have specific rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
No attorney-client relationship
Submitting the form or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential information until such a relationship has been established in writing.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
